Marshall Islands-based Sullana Inc is the owner of the Comoros-flagged SULLANA (IMO 9180152). Since April 2025, SULLANA has received millions of barrels of Iranian crude oil transferred from sanctioned vessels for delivery to China. SULLANA has also transferred Iranian cargoes to other sanctioned vessels.
