Jun 2025, 10:58Der dänische Verteidigungsminister und das Forsvarsforligskreds haben die Beschaffung von Fliegerabwehrsystemen von Diehl Defence und MBDA France und das Leasing von Fliegerabwehrsystemen der Firma Kongsberg beschlossen, die schon ab 2026 eingeführt werden sollen. Die Kosten belaufen sich auf 6 Mrd. DKK (800 Mio. EUR).

DALO has now entered into an agreement with Norwegian Defence Materiel Agency for leasing of the NASAMS Surface Based Air and Missile Defence system. This notice concerns only the conclusion of this contract for Lot 3.

Additional information: This notice concerns only the conclusion of the contract for Lot 3 (the NASAMS Surface Based Air and Missile Defence system). Contracts for Lots 1 and 2 have not yet been concluded. The results for Lots 1 and 2 will be published in separate notices. Der Vertrag dazu wurde heute von unserem Beschaffungsamt 🇩🇪 im Namen und bevollmächtigt von Dänemark 🇩🇰 mit der Firma Diehl Defence unterzeichnet.

🫱🏼‍🫲🏼Die Beschaffung erfolgt im Rahmen der European Sky Shield Initiative (ESSI), die 2022 von Deutschland ins Leben gerufen wurde. Damit soll eine europäische integrierte bodengebundene Luftverteidigung aufgebaut und gestärkt werden.

🛡️Das bodengebundene Luftverteidigungssystem IRIS-T SLM kommt bereits in der Ukraine zum Einsatz und ist auf die Abwehr von Bedrohungen durch gegnerische Flugzeuge, Hubschrauber, Marschflugkörper und Drohnen auf eine Distanz von bis zu 40 km und einer Höhe von 20 km ausgelegt. Eine IRIS-T SLM Feuereinheit besteht aus den Komponenten Startgerät, Radar und Gefechtsstand.

Diehl Defence, ein führender Anbieter von Lenkflugkörpern und bodengebundenen Luftverteidigungssystemen (GBAD-Systeme) unterzeichnete ein Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) mit dem Unternehmen ERA, Teil der OMNIPOL-Gruppe, zur Zusammenarbeit im Bereich der passiven Sensoren und Multi-Sensor-Tracking-Fähigkeiten für bodengebundene Luftverteidigungssysteme von Diehl Defence.

Dies hat zum Ziel, die bodengebundenen Luftverteidigungssysteme von Diehl Defence, vornehmlich IRIS-T SLM, mit ERAs weltweit führendem Passiven ESM Tracker (PET) zu ergänzen. Der Zugang zu einem weiteren ERA-Produkt, dem Multi-Sensor Tracker (MST), wird die Echtzeit-Datenfusion von aktiven und passiven Sensoren ermöglichen.

For the long-range component, Denmark expects to choose between the U.S. Patriot and the French-Italian SAMP/T system during fall 2025, the ministry told Defense News. The country intends to conclude all contracts by year-end, including a potential purchase of additional short- to medium-range systems, the MoD said.

For the longer term, Denmark has “not yet fully decided” whether it needs more short- to medium-range systems, nor whether the country will continue to operate multiple systems or eventually pivot to a single system, according to the ministry.

The planned purchase of the long-range system is referred to as “a permanent solution,” the Danish MoD said, with the combined budget for short- to medium-range and long-range systems about 19 billion to 25 billion kroner, including operating costs for a certain amount of time.
